25% of companies participating in the survey conducted as part of the EU Business Climate Report Azerbaijan 2025/2026 stated that they are using or planning to use the Middle Corridor, while 24% said they are considering this option in the next 2–3 years, Aytan Akhundova, Team Leader of the Azerbaijan–European Union Business Forum, said, APA-Economics reports.
She noted that European companies consider the Middle Corridor a safer alternative transport route between Europe and Asia:
"Azerbaijan's strategic geographical location and growing international interest in the Middle Corridor are among the main factors attracting investment to the transport and logistics sector. Companies highly assess the long-term potential of the Middle Corridor."
