More than 300 events of various kinds will be held over seven days as part of the 12th Baku International Book Fair, Deputy Minister of Culture Farid Jafarov said while speaking to journalists, APA reports.
He stated that the events will mainly focus on holding meetings with local and foreign writers.
"However, in addition to this, local and international events and conferences dedicated to various topics, particularly the promotion and presentation of literature, will also be held."
Farid Jafarov added that a special area has also been allocated at the exhibition for holding business meetings between publishing houses.
