Central Election Commission abolishes decisions of TEC â„–94 and 109

APA reports that the meeting was led by CEC chairman Mazahir Panahov. The organizationâ€™s protocol signed on August 23, 2011 was ratified at the meeting.

Then the appeals entered to the CEC were considered. One of the appeals concerned Balakan electoral district â„–109. The TEC passed a decision on division of places allocated to the divisional election commission between the parties. CEC abolished the TECâ€™s decision after investigating it.

The similar appeal was also from Barda rural election district â„–94. The appeal was from Chairman of Supreme Assembly of Umid (Hope) Party Anvar Aghazadeh. CEC abolished the TECâ€™s decision on division of places allocated to the divisional election commission between the parties.

The appeal of chairman of the Justice Partyâ€™s organization in Dashkesan region on the election district â„–100 and â„–101 was not ensured. Then the amendments were made to the composition election commission of Shahbuz-Babek election district â„–5.
