Draft deferment for persons studying masterâ€™s degree and doctoral degree programs in Azerbaijan to be discussed in parliamentâ€™s autumn session

Hajiyev said the committee works on the draft law on â€œScienceâ€, the draft law also contains terms about it.
â€œI think the persons studying masterâ€™s degree and doctoral degree programs must be given the right of draft deferment. We know that draftees are estranged from science and education. But it does not mean that these places must be reserved. Every citizen must fulfill his duty before the Motherland,â€ he said.
