Special edition of The Business Year economic journal devoted to Azerbaijan presented in Baku - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

Chief of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov said for the first time in the post-Soviet area the journal devoted its special edition to Azerbaijan. He said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev gave his biggest written interview in the past five years to this journal. The journal also contains views of the friendly and brotherly countriesâ€™ presidents about Azerbaijan.

Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev spoke about the reforms carried out, work done in Azerbaijanâ€™s economy. Minister said the main course of Azerbaijanâ€™s economic policy is the maintenance of macroeconomic stability, diversification of economy, formation of normal business environment, development of non-oil sector.

Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov spoke about the place of information communication technologies in Azerbaijanâ€™s economic policy. Minister said Azerbaijan opened its information doors to the world, information, communication sector is developing in the country, there is no restriction for mass media, internet.

Ali Abbasov said the target is to approximate the development of ICT sector to the development of oil sector.

Minister said strong development was observed in the ICT sector in the past 6-7 years.

The representatives of the journal presented the publication.
