The representatives of Aghdam region executive power, Public Union “Nagorno Karabakh’s Azerbaijani Communityâ€, members of Karabakh Liberation Organization visited Martyrs’ Alley on the 18th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Aghdam region by Armenian Armed Forces, APA reports. Head of Aghdam region executive power Nizami Sadigov laid wreath at the Eternal Torch complex. Sadigov expressed his hope that as a result of the negotiations led by President Ilham Aliyev, the justice will be restored.
On July 23, 1993, Armenian military units occupied 882 sq km of 1094 sq km area of Aghdam, 128 000 people were displaced.
