Investigation completed concerning case of four persons detained over Public Chamberâ€™s April 2 action

Lawyer Esabeli Mustafayev told APA that investigation on the case of Elnur Majidli, Rufat Hajibeyli, Ulvi Guliyev and Ahad Mammadli was completed.
â€œThe lawyers are being familiarized with the materials of the investigation. The materials will be submitted to court soon,â€ he said.

The lawyer said the investigation concerning the case of four others â€“ Arif Hajili, Tural Abbasli, Mahammad Majidli and Fuad Gahramanli is continued.

Criminal case was launched concerning the April 2 happenings on articles 233 (organizing or taking active part in the actions causing violation of public order) and 315 (resisting to or using force against government representative) of the Criminal Code, 14 were brought to account.

Some days ago the investigation of the criminal case concerning six persons was completed and submitted to Sabail district court. They are Sahib Karimov, Babek Hasanov Zulfugar Eyvazov, Elshan Hasanov, Arif Alishli and Elnur Israfilov. The hearing on their case will start on July 13.
