PC representative Vagif Hajibeyli said that Elnur Israfilov and Arif Alishli confessed that they kicked the bus in April 2 rally: “But the kicking the bus is not considered as the criminal actâ€.
It was said at the event that the detainees in April 2 rally are the political prisoners. The PC established the Aid Fund for Political Prisoners for the purpose of the detainees’ protection of rights. It was noted the fund was established in “Access Bank†it is possible to transfer the money to the account in USD, AZN and Euro.
