Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. “Head of Musavat Party’s office Arif Hajili, who was detained during the unauthorized action in Baku, has health problemsâ€, his lawyer Asabali Mustafayev told APA. “He suffers from high blood pressure and heart problems. We are concerned about his problemsâ€.
Mustafayev said they would appeal the court to change decision on Hajili’s pre-trial detention because his health problems.
Hajili, who is an activist of opposition Public Chamber, was detained during the opposition’s unauthorized action in Baku on April 2. He faces charge with organizing actions violating public order, resistance to representative of authority and use of force against them.
