Panah Huseyn proposes to implement reforms in Public Chamber

The politicians are divided into 2 parts in Azerbaijan: â€œThose who are in the Public Chamber and those who speak, struggle as well as calumniate against this organization, without being represented thereâ€, said member of Public Chamberâ€™s Coordination Council (CC), Musavatâ€™s chairman Isa Gambar at PCâ€™s session.

He said that he was expecting the decision on appointment the date and place of PCâ€™s next rally. Gambar proposed to appeal on rally to Baku City Executive Power, to hold the rally in Bakuâ€™s centre in the event of a refusal.

In his speech, member of PC Coordination Council (CC) Panah Huseyn proposed to implement reforms in the organization. He said that the PCâ€™s statute must be adopted and CCâ€™s members must be reelected by secret voting. Huseyn proposed the determination presidential candidate in advance by PC and establishment of â€œshadow cabinetâ€. He said that â€œRoad Map to Democracyâ€ will be submitted for discussion by the presentation of PC Coordination Council.

In his speech, Musavatist PC member Mustafa Hajibeyli supported the holding of rally on June 19: â€œbut our holding of rally this month was against usâ€

Hajibeyli offered to rename the â€œRoad Mapâ€ into â€œplatformâ€. He said that Huseynâ€™s ideas on establishment of â€œshadow cabinetâ€ were harmful.

Huseyn declared that he didnâ€™t agree with him.

PC member Arastun Orujlu said that â€œRoad Mapâ€ project needed to be improved.

At last the â€œRoad Mapâ€ was adopted into discussion by voting
