Azerbaijanâ€™s President gets acquainted with overhauled Gasimbeyli village school in Sabirabad

Baku â€“ APA. Azerbaijanâ€™s President Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with overhauled Gasimbeyli village school named after Hilal Ennagiyev in Sabirabad region, APA reports. It was said that the flooding in the Kur river last May caused serious damage to Gasimbeyli village, the infrastructure was almost completely destroyed. The village school became completely unfit. Under the instructions of the Head of State, the building of the school was overhauled in a short period.

All conditions have been created at the 246-pupil school, the classrooms provided with necessary devices. A number of other measures are being taken to strengthen the material-technical basis of the education system in the region.

240-pupil secondary school is being built in Yukhari-akhtachi village of Sabirabad. Overhaul of schools in Ulajali, Murselli, Bala Hashimkhanli villages has been completed. Schools in Esgerbeyli and Muradbeyli villages are being reconstructed.
