Azerbaijani President appoints new heads of executive powers to several districts

Upon another Presidential order, Mammadov was released from his post of the head of Bilasuvar district executive power.

The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has also signed an order to appoint Guliyev Mahir the head of Bilasuvar district executive power.Upon another Presidential order, Guliyev was released from his post of the head of Astara district executive power.

Under another Presidential order, Garashov Taleh was appointed the head of Astara district executive power.Upon another Presidential order Garashov was released from his post of head of Neftchala district executive power.

Under another Presidential order, Veliyev Ismayil was appointed the head of Neftchala district executive power. Veliyev was released from his post of head of Gobustan district executive power. Upon another Presidential order, Guliyev Veli was released from his post of head of Zangilan district executive power.
