Court sentences to administrative imprisonment six more persons detained on April 17

Baku â€“ APA. Court passed decision on administrative imprisonment of six more persons detained for attempt to hold protest action on April 17. Public Chamber told APA that Azer Ismayil was sentenced to 10-day imprisonment, Kochari Nagibeyli to 7-day imprisonment, Fakhraddin Abbas to 7-day imprisonment, Khayal Rustamov to 6-day imprisonment, Rufat Hajibeyli to 5-day imprisonment, Sahib Rustamli to 5-day imprisonment. Of the detainees Huseyn Malik was released having paid fine AZN 100, Nazim Aliyev AZN 50, Afgan Mukhtarli AZN 50, Ramin Badalov AZN 50, Altay Kazimsoy AZN 50. Member of the Public Chamberâ€™s Coordination Council Panah Huseyn was released having been warned. Afet Huseynov, Kamala Khalilova, Rauf Mammadov, Zohrab Hasanov, Tariyel Shukurlu, Rovshan Allahverdiyev were also warned and released. The cases of Ibrahim Ahmadzadeh, Bakhtiyar Tagiyev, Ibrahim Hajibeyli, Gozal Bayramli and Elman Turkoglu have been submitted to court.
