Two foreign journalist detained in Sahil garden

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. â€œTwo foreign journalists were detained in â€œSahilâ€ gardenâ€. APA reports that the detained are two women journalists from Sweden. It is reported that they are brought to the 39th police department.

The Ministry of Interior Affaires said that they had no information on the foreign journalistâ€™s detention. The 39th police department told APA that nobody was brought to the department.

Note that the local right advocates and OSCE representatives are observing the situation concerning Public Chamberâ€™s rally appointed to the Sahil garden.
The problem in the road traffic is created in nearby Rashid Behbudov street owing to the Policeâ€™s security measures. Besides, the citizens outgoing form Sahil metro station are not allowed to the Sahil garden, and directed to the other directions.
