Public Chamber plans to hold unauthorized rally today

Deputy Chairman of Musavat Party Gulaga Aslanli told APA that the partyâ€™s chairmen of Sabirabad and Bakuâ€™s Nizami District organizations Azer Ismayil and Azad Alili were detained and brought to the police departments. Musavat Party Sumgayit city organizationâ€™s activists were warned.

APFP chairman assistant Faig Amirov told APA that the partyâ€™s some activists as well as APFP chairman of Sabirabad region organization Novruz Guluzadeh and his deputy Samir Ibrahim were warned in the police department. APFP Presidiumâ€™s member Eldar Huseynov, Sumgayit region departmentâ€™s chairman Mahir Garayev has been called today to give testimony at 16.00 on the criminal case concerning Elnur Majidli who is living in France.

Classic Popular Front Party (CPFP) organization departmentâ€™s director Khazar Teyyublu told APA that the heads of CPFPâ€™s Sumgayit, Masalli, Gazakh organizations were warned by the police not to participate in the rallies.

ANIPâ€™s press secretary Ali Orujov told APA that there is no detained from ANIP members up until that time concerning April 17 rally.

The PC also noted that there isnâ€™t any information on the participation of party leaders, which are represented in the organization, in todayâ€™s rally.

Baku City Main Police Office said that the unauthorized action will be prevented.
