Participation of party leaders in April 17 actions unknown

Deputy Chairman of Musavat Party Gulaga Aslanli told APA that the discussions are held on party chairman Isa Gambarâ€™s participation in April 17 action. The concrete response will be known at the end of discussions.

The participation of chairman of the Classic Popular Front Party (CPFP) Mirmahmud Miralioghlu will be known in the consultations on rally which will be held in CPFP on April 16. Chief CPFPâ€™s Organization department Khazar Teyyublu told APA that indeed the party leaders must not participate in the action. â€œYou have seen how police used violence in the previous actions. How it would be correct if police beats the party leader?â€

Press Secretary of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) Ali Orujov told APA that the participation of ANIP chairman Yusif Bagirzadeh in April 17 action is still unknown. Orujov said that he was against of participation of the party leaders in unauthorized action: â€œIf there is authorized action, the leaders will participate in it.â€

APFP refused to respond the question on party chairman Ali Karimliâ€™s participation in April 17 action.
