Measure of restraint imposed upon five accused persons in connection with the rally held on April 2

Baku.Hafiz Heydarov-APA. With respect to five o accused persons in connection with the rally on April 2 held by Public Chamber, imposed a measure of restraint. The curt process passed at Sabail district court APA reports.

At the todayâ€™s court process held at Sabail district court decided to order a measure of restraint of imprisonment for 2 months for five accused persons in connection with the Public Chamberâ€™s rally held on April 2.

This decision made in respect of Azerbaijanâ€™s Peopleâ€™s Front Party members Sahib Kerimov, Babek Hasanov, Ulvi Guliyev, Elshan Hasanov and Ahad Memedli.

These persons are charged under article 233 (organization of actions have caused disruption of public order or active participation in such activities) and 315 article (resistance or violence against members of the public authorities).

Earlier, at the events of April 2 four persons prosecuted as suspects. These are vice-president of the Musavat Party, Arif Hajili, chairman of the youth organization of the Musavat Tural Abbasli, first deputy chairman of PFPA Fuad Gahramanly and a member of Azerbaijanâ€™s Peopleâ€™s Front Party Mamed Medzhidli.
