Abel Mahharamov: â€œIf candidates for a master’s degree are drafted, then who will promote the Azerbaijani science?â€

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. â€œRecently, draft of candidates for a master’s degree make a lot of problemsâ€, MP, rector of Baku State University Abel Maharramov said during his speech at the parliament, APA reports.

MP noted that at present, 988 people are studying a Masterâ€™s degree at Baku State University. 687 of them are girls and 301 are boys: â€œIf these boys will be drafted during the next period, who will promote science in future? We know that the girls are not always able to engage in science. And draft of boys cause their deviation from the education. The second problem is that, even the masters studying visually submit an application as soon as admission to civil service is announced. Thus, they address the rector and ask him to permit not to attend the lessons. Deviation from education of masters causes deformation in the education system. I offer the related bodies to discuss this issue and put up it on the agendaâ€.
