Criminal case has been launched on 2 April happenings on article 233 (organizing actions causing violation of public order or active participation in such actions) and 315 (showing resistance to a government representative or use of force) of the Criminal Code. Four have been held accountable. They are deputy chairman of Musavat Party Arif Hajili, chairman of the party’s Youth Organization Tural Abbasli, deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Fuad Gahramanli and member of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Mahammad Majidli.
The suspects have faced charge under article 233 (organizing actions causing violation of public order or active participation in such actions) of the Criminal Code.
