Baku. Parvin Abbasov – APA. “Statement of some international organizations on the events took place during unsanctioned action of the opposition held on April 2, is far from the objectivity. Those organizations know that such illegal acts are prevented in the while world, as well as in the developed countries”, Deputy chairman of Azerbaijani parliament’s committee on human rights Yevda Abramov told YAP’s website, APA reports.

Abramov noted that in line with demands of the Constitution, the related body of executive power allocated venues for holding of rallies in 11 districts of Baku. To him, each organization may hold event in these places: “But some circles violate the law and attempt to commit unrest in the country, and it shows that they are controlled by some foreign forces, who do not love Azerbaijan. Otherwise, they would not do this”.

Abramov said that “Amnesty International” organization’s statement on these events does not reflect the truth. To him, that organization has repeatedly demonstrated its tendentious position toward Azerbaijan”.
