Public Chamber gives information on total number of detained persons during the action

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. Party members of Public Chamber were among the detained persons during todayâ€™s protest action.

Deputy Chairman of Musavat Party Gulaga Aslanli told APA that nearly 200 members of the party have been detained: â€œSome of them were released while taking to police departments. But about 150 musavatists were taken to police departmentsâ€.

APFP official Faig Amirov told APA that at least 35 persons have been detained by the police: â€œIt is the number of persons mentioned in the list we haveâ€.

10 persons from Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (Classics), as well as party official Khazar Teyyublu have been detained. Teyyublu told APA that he is already been released.

2 members of AMIP have been detained.

Note that, Baku City Police Office will make statement on this action in the next few hours.
