Resolution and appeal to international youth organizations adopted in World Azerbaijani Youth Union constitutive congress

APA reports that the resolution calls the world community to mobilize its efforts for the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The resolution also welcomed the measures taken for increasing the governmental care about the youth, patriotic education of young generation and development of their intellectual potential. The Charter of the World Azerbaijani Youth Union was approved by the resolution. The administrative institutions of the World Azerbaijani Youth Union were urged to prepare necessary documents for the official registration of the Union within a month and submit to the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan.

The appeal of the World Azerbaijani Youth Union to the international youth organizations was also adopted at the congress. The appeal contains information about Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict. It calls the youth organizations to work towards the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict to reach tranquility in the South Caucasus region, security of the people living there and the future of the children.

The Charter and Action Program of the Union were adopted at the congress.

The World Azerbaijani Youth Union addressed the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
