U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev the issue of uninterrupted oil supplies via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) infrastructure, it was stated in a statement released by the State Department press service, APA reports.
According to the document, the heads of the foreign policy departments "discussed the importance of energy security, including the reliable and uninterrupted export of Kazakh oil through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, for regional stability and prosperity."
