New administrative building of Medical Center under MES Medical Service inaugurated - <span style="color: red;">PHOTO

Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov cut the red ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the new administrative building of the Medical Centre constructed in Bilajari settlement, Binagadi district of Baku.

The new administrative building with a basement and three floors was built under modern standards and equipped with the latest medical equipment. There are X-ray diagnostics section, a lab, ECG and echocardiogram surgeries, an operating room, pharmacy, sterilization, store and other utility rooms in the basement.

Roentgenoscopic, roentgenographic, fluoroscopic, dental orthopantomographic, dental 3D CT and ultrasound examinations are conducted in the department of radiology.

Biochemical blood tests, detection of blood infection by testing and by the method of immunopherment, detection of infections by polymerase chain reaction method and other tests are done in the lab.

The are administrative part of the centre and outpatient department on the first floor, the ministry’s Special Medical Examination Commission, plasmapheresis, dentistry, phibrogastroduodenoscopia and colonoscopy rooms and therapy department of the Center’s inpatient unit on the second floor. Surgery section of the Center’s inpatient unit, intensive care unit with five beds, operating unit with three operating rooms and a kitchen are on the third floor.
