Baku–APA. The Society for Humanitarian Research (SHR) and Tbilisi-based Caucasian Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development published a book entitled “Problems and prospects of refugees/IDPs return to conflict regions of South Caucasusâ€. SHR press service told APA the publication has been prepared within the project South Caucasus experts’ network for IDP-s return/restitution issues policy facilitation supported by the Danish Refugee Council.
The topics prepared by the Georgian experts Shalva Pichkhadze, Vakhtang Kolbaia, Nodar Sardjveladze and Azerbaijani experts Avaz Hasanov, Alovsat aliyev and Azar Allahveranov cover the the probability of return IDPs to their homes in various scenarios of conflict resolution, the institutional resources of the countries for the return of IDPs, the reflections on specific socio-psychological characteristics of IDPs’ communities in various scenarios of conflict resolution.
