Minghechevir Children and Family Support Center to hold elections

Minghechevir Support Centre for Children and Families is to elect members to the children self-defense group tomorrow, Sevinj Asgarova, coordinator of the Save the Children told APA- Economics. She said self-defense group will be composed of 12-16 aged children in need. Then that groupâ€™s members will choose their representatives of 7 or 9 children.
Save the Children works to help children in need in Azerbaijan and to promote the social integration of and community capacity to care for vulnerable children in Azerbaijan. Those elections are intended to be held in Goranboy and Shuvalan.
Family Support Centers in Azerbaijan are funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and are implemented within the Community-Based Support Services for Marginalized Children Program in cooperation with the Save the Children. /APA/
