Two people have been killed as a result of a drone attack in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional governor said, APA's Russia bureau reports.
According to him, two other people were injured and hospitalized.
Following a Ukrainian drone attack on Sevastopol, the city was left without electricity. Regional authorities advised local residents to conserve their phone batteries and use them only for emergency communications. They also asked residents not to switch on all electrical appliances at once when power is restored.
It was reported that trolleybuses in Sevastopol would not operate due to the power outage and that kindergartens would switch to a special duty-group regime.
