Azerbaijan is one of the countries that holds significant importance for Airbus in terms of its geographical location, said Airbus representative Malhar Pens during a briefing held as part of the presentation of the first Airbus A321neo aircraft for Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), APA-Economics' correspondent dispatched to Hamburg reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan's location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia makes the country one of the strategic centers in aviation.
“Azerbaijan is an important country for Airbus due to its geographical position. The country serves as a bridge between East and West, which creates major advantages for the development of air transportation,” Malhar Pens said.
According to the company representative, Airbus attaches particular importance to expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan and supporting the development of the country's civil aviation sector.
