"We have managed to make effective use of the advantages of our geographical location. First of all, there was no physical infrastructure, and we had to create it. Secondly, it was important to develop relations with neighboring countries, because it is impossible to become a transit country without normal relations with neighbors. We have established broad international cooperation along the North-South and East-West corridors. For example, we have been both the initiator and the main financier of our energy projects. Today, the necessary physical infrastructure has already been created, and we are now focusing our main efforts on its further expansion," the head of state said.
