The “Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the exchange of government experiences between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates” has been approved, APA reports.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree in this regard.
According to the decree, after the Memorandum of Understanding enters into force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the United Arab Emirates regarding the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Note that the memorandum was signed in Dubai on February 4, 2026.
