The “United Nations Convention against Cybercrime; Strengthening International Cooperation for Combating Certain Crimes Committed by Means of Information and Communications Technology Systems and for the Sharing of Evidence in Electronic Form of Serious Crimes” has been approved with the relevant declarations and reservations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed the law in this regard.
The Convention was signed on October 25, 2025, in Hanoi.
