Azerbaijani media representatives have visited the Amirsoy resort, Uzbekistan’s famous mountain tourism center, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Uzbekistan reports.
Media representatives were informed about the mountain resort’s infrastructure, the recreational opportunities created there, and projects being implemented to develop year-round tourism.
Located at the foothills of Uzbekistan’s Tien Shan Mountains, these resorts are designed to receive tourists not only for winter tourism but also during other seasons of the year. Cable cars, ski infrastructure, hotels, restaurants, and recreational and entertainment facilities operate there.
It should be noted that the year-round development of mountain tourism is one of the main areas for increasing the international tourism potential of the Tashkent region.
During the visit, Azerbaijani journalists were informed about investment projects being implemented in the region, the creation of new tourism facilities, and the expansion of modern infrastructure.
