List of necessary documents for receiving one-occasion 5 thousand AZN aid for newspapers

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayevâ€“APA. Execution of order issued by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to grant one-occasion 5 thousand AZN aid to 38 newspapers and information agencies in the country has started. According to APA it needs to submit three documents to receive the grant:

1. Letter of the organization to the Ministry of Finance, which reminded about the allocation of aid and number of appropriate presidential order.
2. Order of expenditure. It needs to show bank requisites in the form received from the Ministry of Finance.
3. The blank of order for opening of credits from the republican budget. This form is also received from the Ministry and filled with the appropriate requisites of the organization.

The resources are transferred to the newspapers or agenciesâ€™ bank accounts after the submitting of above-mentioned documents to the Ministry of Finance.
Chairman of Azerbaijan Press Council Aflatun Amashov said there was no problem with receiving of 5 thousand AZN aid. He said it was necessary to ask Ministry of Finance about the payment of the aid.
He said some media organizations have already received the aid.
