Director General of â€œAnadoluâ€ Agency: â€œWe are preparing a web page to post the news articles released by news agencies of Turkic republicsâ€

Hilmi Bengi mentioned that â€œAnadoluâ€ agency was established by Mustafa Kamal Ataturk during the national freedom movement in 1920.
â€œWe had been at the disposal of the Cabinet of Ministers Press and Information Department before. Now we have 600 correspondents in Turkey and 850 abroad. Almost all new agencies and media outlets of the world use our news articles. We have established relations with the news agencies of 80 countries,â€ he said.
The Director General said â€œAnadoluâ€ Agency released about 2000 news articles on various spheres every day.
â€œWe also release separate bulletins for local newspapers and TV channels broadcasted in the provinces of Turkey. Besides, we have â€œspecial bulletinâ€ service. This is the bulletin sent to the websites and the organizations wanting special news. Our new articles are translated into English, French and other foreign languages,â€ he said.
The Director General underlined that the agency had about 1000 subscribers, released 450 photos a day and preferred unbiased and non-commentary news. Hilmi Bengi regretted that sometimes â€œAnadoluâ€ agency was not quoted when using its materials and they could not impose severe sanctions for it.
Hilmi Bengi said â€œAnadoluâ€ Agency was working on the formation of the common Turkic language.
â€œWe do our best for the extension of the relations among the news agencies of Turkic republics and for the development of the common Turkic language. We are preparing a special web page. Important news articles released by the news agencies of the Turkic countries will be posted on this web site. Every visitor of the site will be able to know the developments in the Turkic world. The news articles will be in the language of these countries and the Turkish language,â€ he said.
Taking a stance on the Armeniansâ€™ explosions in front of the bureaus of â€œAnadoluâ€ Agency in different countries Hilmi Bengi regarded these actions as attempts to attack Turkey and prevent the world community from getting correct information about Turkey.
