Problems occurred in water and sewerage system of the 12-storey building in Rustam Rustamov street of Nizami district where the Yeni Musavat newspaper is located, editor of the newspaper Azer Aykhan told APA. He said that on August 7 the employees of the housing unit came and said the water line and sewerage system was linked illegally.
Azer Aykhan said they talked to the employees of the housing unit and offered documentation.
“After long disputes, they gave time to the building administration by August 10,†he said.
First deputy head of Nizami district executive power Arrahman Hasanov told APA that the building located in Rustam Rustamov street was not documented.
“State Commission did not approve the building, but conditions were created for residing and working in the building,†he said.
Hasanov said the problem will be solved in a legal way.
