"The scale of work to be done in Aghdam is greater. Today, large-scale construction works are underway there," said the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Garabagh Economic Region (except Shusha district) Emin Huseynov, APA reports.
“The foundation stone for 3 quarters has already been laid. Works have started in two quarters. The foundation stone for 3 more quarters will be laid soon. All these construction works will be started at the beginning of next year. Starting from the middle of the year 2025, we can carry out resettlement in Aghdam city and in its surrounding villages – Khidirli, Kangarli, and Sarijali. Following this, other villages – Arazkhanbayli, Salahli, Kangarli, Gulluja, all those villages will be built and handed over according to the time set in the First State program,” Emin Huseynov said.
