Vehicle movement has been restricted in the streets and avenues in the direction of Azadlig square - Yusif Safarov st, Khojali st, Zarifa Aliyeva st, Neftchilar av.
Thus, a huge traffic jam occurred in the center of Baku, including Heydar Aliyev av.
