Pardon Commission under Azerbaijan's President told APA that the commission had received the letter of Farhad Aliyev, his brother Rafig Aliyev and their mother Shovkat Aliyeva sent to Ilham Aliyev for pardon.
According to information, the Commission will consider and examine the appeal on pardoning of Farhad and Rafig Aliyev brothers.
Elton Guliyev, the lawyer of Farhad and Rafig Aliyev told aznews.az that Aliyev brothers appealed for their pardoning. The lawyer confirmed this fact to APA.
Another lawyer of Aliyev told APA that Aliyev brothers and their mother have already written a letter of pardon.
In his interview with APA, Togrul Babayev, the lawyer of another imprisoned minister Ali Insanov, refuted the reports that his defendant has written a letter of pardon.
