Spokesperson for the ministry Irada Ibrahimova told APA that the raid found out that 147 cannabis plants were cultivated by unknown persons in the seven part of Baldirghanliq area of the reserve. A tent, a gas holder, a bedding and an irrigation pipe were also found in that area.
The Internal Ministry was immediately informed about the fact. Investigation is underway.
Employees the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources are continuing raids.
The recent raid carried out by employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources revealed 29 cannabis plants. The plants were 1-3.5 meters tall. They were grown by unknown persons in 16 square meter area on the bank of Sarichay river of Arilig forest in the territory of Zagatala State Nature Reserve.
The Ministry’s press service told APA that the Internal Ministry was immediately informed about the fact.
