APA’s Sheki-Zagatala bureau reports that Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov also attended the opening. It was noted that this is the 10th school rebuilt in Gakh region.
The minister spoke about the activities carried out to eliminate the consequences of the quake and stated that a number of schools and thousands of homes destroyed as a result of the quake were reconstructed.
Heydarov congratulated the school staff and wished success to them.
In the end, 300-pupil school provided with modern equipments was viewed.
Following this, the Minister of Emergency Situations left for Zagatala region.
Heydarov will today attend the opening of rebuilt schools in Suvagil and Chobankol villages of Zagatala and receive local residents.
