Tovuz district police department Told APA that the accident occurred at the 420th kilometer of the Baku-Qazakh highway, in the Govlar settlement of Tovuz district.

According to information, encountered car "VAZ-2106" with the state registration number "47 VA 087" collided with car "Ford" with the state registration number "90 BV 153" and the passenger car brand Hyundai. After the collision, the cars began to fire.

As a result, at the scene of an accident killed the passengers of "VAZ-2106" residents of Tovuz Elmar Fazil oglu Mammadov, born in 1991, his cousin Turab Namig oglu Abbasov, born in 1985, and another passenger with an unidentified person yet.
