Baku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. Member of the Board of Directors of NIDA Civic Movement Rashadat Akhundov’s appeal has been considered, his lawyer Rashid Hajili told APA.
Hajili said that judge Aflatun Gasimov passed a decision at the hearing in Baku Court of Appeal. According to the decision, the appeal has been rejected. The appeal was about the annulment of the decision extending Akhundov’s pre-trial detention.
Criminal case has been launched on member of the Board of Directors of NIDA Civic Movement Rashadat Akhundov under article #228.3 (illegally obtaining, keeping, carrying explosives) of the Criminal Code. The court sentenced Rashadat Akhundov to 3 months pre-trial detention.
