Beku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. Baku Court of Appeal has considered the appeal of imprisoned lawyer Gurban Mammadov, his assistant Ramin Allahverdiyev told APA.
Allahverdiyev told APA that the judgment was passed at the hearing. According to the judgment, the appeal has been rejected.
Mammadov faced charged under article 263.1 (Infringement of traffic rules and operation of vehicles causing serious harm to health of a victim) of the Criminal Code.
Under the judgment of Nasimi District Court, Gurban Mamamdov has been sentenced to 2 months in prison.
