Baku. Hafiz Heydarov, Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. The criminal case on the former Azerbaijani MP has been submitted to court.
The Prosecutor General’s Office told APA that the pre-trial investigation regarding the criminal case launched against Ahmadova Gular Mikayil under the Criminal Code’s articles #178.3.2 (swindle that has caused significant damage) and 307.2 (not informing about a crime or hiding a grave crime) has been completed and was submitted to Baku Court of Grave Crimes on September 23.
According to information obtained by APA, judge Alisultan Osmanov will preside over the criminal case.
