Akif Muradverdiyev was arrested for two months - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED

F. Agayev reported that A. Muradverdiyev detained by security forces. It was decided to keep him at the time of his arrest in the detention center of the Ministry of National Security.

According to the lawyer, A. Muradverdiyev accused of smuggling.

Baku-APA. Akif Muradverdiyev, ex-director of the administrative department of President’s Office, was detained at Baku airport, the lawyer of A. Muradverdiyev Fuad Agayev told APA.

Fuad Agayev said that Akif Muradverdiyev was detained by customs officials while he was trying to fly abroad: "Relatives of Akif Muradverdiyev gave me this information. They said, as the reason for his detention, customs officials says that he illegally wanted to produce abroad 12 thousand U.S. dollars.

The lawyer said that has not started any investigation about Akif Muradverdiyev and there is no any court order.
