Murad Guliyev summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office, APA reports, citing Ictimai Television.

According to the information, an official notification was sent to Guliyev Murad Gudrat on his invitation to the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office in accordance with the requirements of Article 467-13.4 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It was stated that he should come to the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office located at 160 Suleyman Sani Akhundov Street, Binagadi District, Baku City at 10:00 on November 24 of this year.

A decision was made to charge Murad Guliyev as an accused under Article 281.1 of the Criminal Code. He was declared wanted for charges because he fled the investigation and hid outside the borders of Azerbaijan. By a decision of the Binagadi District Court dated February 15 this year, he was placed under arrest in absentia.

On September 12, a decision was made to charge Murad Guliyev as a defendant under Article 281.2 of the Criminal Code, with additions and changes made to the content of the indictment.

It was noted that on September 23, 2019, on the Facebook page "Murad Guliyev" and on December 24, 2023, on the YouTube channel "RaffNaff", he, together with others in a pre-coordinated group, published open calls encouraging the use of force against the current government, which was formed and operates on legal grounds in Azerbaijan.

The accused was warned that proceedings may be initiated in absentia, a verdict in absentia and other court decisions may be issued.

It was stated that if he does not appear at the summons, proceedings may be initiated in absentia, a verdict in absentia or other final court decision may be issued.
