One of soldiers shot in Ganja Military Unit N is still in coma

One of the soldiers wounded in the shooting occurred in Military Unit N in Ganja is still in coma, Military Prosecutorâ€™s Office press service told the APA. One of the wounded soldiers feels good, but as the second is in comma, he can not be interrogated. As the victims did not gave testimony to the investigation the motives and reasons of the shooting has not been found out.
It should be noted that, on December 16 newly drafted soldier Fuad Hasanov opened fire on four old soldiers by submachine gun and tried to escape. As the result of the joint operation held by Ganja Military Prosecutorâ€™s Office and Ganja Police department, the soldier was found at his relativeâ€™s house after three hours. Jeyhun Mikayilov who was drafted from Sumgayit Military Registration Department, Elchin Mammadov and Vugar Mammadov drafted from Baku Military Registration Department, Vusal Seidov drafted from Aghdam Military registration Department were taken to military hospital wounded, but Hasanov died there.
Criminal Case has been initiated under Article 120.2.4 (atrocious killing) and Article 120.2.9 (deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code.
The criminal case is being investigated in Republic prosecutorâ€™s Office. /APA/
