NSM Public Relations Center chief Arif Babayev: Consultation of 12 well-known specialists defined that Farhad Aliyev is healthy

â€œJamil Hassanli is a parliamentarian, historian, but his position on Farhad Aliyevâ€™s case is not true. It would better for him to investigate the case beforehand and to study the essence of the issue deeply. He shows his un-objective position in press and tries to formulate wrong opinion which is unacceptable,â€? NSM Public Relations Center chief Arif Babayev told the APA. He said that, though different information and rumors are spread about Farhad Aliyevâ€™s health, it is more than a year that any negative change has been in his health.
â€œTo highlight the issue groundlessly again is the continuation of the previous issue. On the other hand, the doctors main cardiologist of Health Ministry Faig Guliyev, famous cardiologist Abbaseli Abbaseliyev that have been invited on Farhad Aliyev, his lawyers and his familyâ€™s will, came to the conclusion that any change has been observed in Farhad Aliyevâ€™s health in compare with 2003. Besides, Farhad Aliyevâ€™s lawyers appealed to General Prosecutorâ€™s Office to remove him to another detention ward. We received the appeal made from Republic Prosecutorâ€™s Office demanding to investigate the case whether it is necessary to change the detention ward. Though Farhad Aliyev was examined four times, the ministry created the conditions to examine him again on December 16. As the reason of keeping the issue on the focus is evident, we formulated the commission of specialists in large composition to define the facts that can influence his health. We called consultation board of 12 famous and internationally well-known specialists.
These profound doctors-Health Ministry Head anesthesiologist, AMU department chief, Dc, Pr, Akhundbeyli, AMU internal diseases department Pr, Dr Tagiyeva, Scientific Research Hematology and Trans-physiology Institute professor, medical scientific doctor Rustemov, Health Ministry head phthisio-pulmonologist, Doctors Training Institution department chief Pr. Mammedbeyov, AMU LOR diseases department assistant professor, Khudiyev, AMU Traumatology and orthopedics department chief Dr. Ahmedzade, Doctors Training Institution neurology department chief Dr. Serdarli, AMU neurological diseases department chief, candidate of medical science Mammedbeyov, Republic skin-venereal Dispenser head doctor, candidate of medical science Ismayilov, Clinical Medical Centre infective diseases department chief Nesibov and two doctors of MNS Military Medical Department came to the conclusion after the instrumental and laboratory examination of Farhad Aliyev that Farhad Aliyev Shovket is practically well. We take all measures in case when he needs any treatment.
Mentioning that Jamil Hassanli is a parliamentarian and professor Babayev said some of his views do not correspond to his position.
â€œJamil Hassanliâ€™s words about the professionalism of National Security Ministry are his own considerations and are of no importance for us. Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyevâ€™s, intelligentsiaâ€™s and the whole Azerbaijani peopleâ€™s thoughts about professionalism of National Security Ministry are important. Society confides in the national security organs, they serve the protection of national interests of the country. I would advise Jamil Hassanli to solve the problems of the people of Narimanov-Nizami election constituency #18 who confided in him and elected him. It shows that Jamil Hassanli uses the privileges given to him, not for electors, but for his own purposes. /APA/
