No investigation secret was made public on Khadija Ismayilovaâ€™s case, Baku City Prosecutorâ€™s Office

The release entered from Baku city prosecutorâ€™s office to APA reads that after official information given by Baku city prosecutorâ€™s office on April 26,2012, correspondent of radio â€œLibertyâ€ Khadija Ismayilova and her representative lawyer Ismayilov Adil Alviz oghlu talking various mass media representatives claimed that the prosecutorâ€™s office spread personal information about Khadija Ismayilova and her family as well as the prosecutorâ€™s office released groundless statements no to take interrogation of the persons asked by Khadija Ismayilova.

Baku city prosecutorâ€™s office refuting this information stated once again that during the ongoing investigation the prosecutorâ€™s office released only official information not being investigation secret. In this information no private and family secret were made public as well as Khadija Ismayilovaâ€™s petition on interrogation of some people were provided and she and her representative were informed about this. The prosecutorâ€™s office notes that no violation on obeying the legislation was made in official information released by the prosecutorâ€™s office.
