Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh â€“ APA. National Security Ministryâ€™s Public Relations Center head Arif Babayev answered APAâ€™s questions.

- What news about the operational acts on disarming of armed unit according to latest information of Ministry of National Security is there?

- We noted in our information that, the investigative actions and operational search actions for investigation of all criminal cases, determination of other participants of these illegal acts are continued. Weâ€™ll give additional information about the results. Generally, all important measures are taken to prevent possible threats to Azerbaijanâ€™s national interests and security
, condition of operation is controlled.

- According to lawyers of Elnur Seyidov, Deputy Chairman of Yasamal Branch of Technikabank Open Joint-Stock Company, health of that person has become worse. What can you say about this?

- Firstly, Iâ€™ve to note that, the lawyers have not any reasons. Iâ€™ve read the wrong information such as â€œDoctor of Ministry of National Security affirms that, Elnur Seyidovâ€™s health has become worse and itâ€™s impossible to treat him in the prisonâ€. On March 27, Elnur Seyidov faced charges under articles # 178.3.1 and 178.3.2 (swindling), the court passed a decision to put him under restraint. No changes have been made in his health, so far. At the same time, relevant medical report about impossibility of keeping of Elnur Seyidov in the prison is not available. If any appeal will be received by MNS from Elnur Seyidov or his defender, the Head Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Security can consider determination of medical examination.

The efforts of lawyers to form a wrong opinion aim to change pre-trial restrictions about Elnur Seyidov illegally. The lawyers meet with him regularly and know the there is no any danger about his healthâ€.
